How to Brew

Gaiwan (Gongfu Style)
4g tea · 120ml boiling water
Pour and drain quickly for the first few infusions — don't let it sit too long. Each 4g serving can be brewed up to 3 times.

Glass Cup (Simple Style)
2g tea · 250ml boiling water
Drop the tea in, pour, and enjoy. Perfect for a quick cup at your desk.

Cold Brew
2g tea · 250ml cold water
Refrigerate for 4–8 hours to taste. Adjust to your preference.
